Equal Pay For All

The Erasmus+ funded project "EqPay4all" aims to raise awareness of gender pay gaps in the labour market, particularly among youth. It also seeks to foster social cohesion among different groups by promoting common values that support equality between women and men—a fundamental principle of Community Law and a core value of the European Union. The project's objective is to develop concepts and methods for social workers, youth workers, educators, mentors, trainers, and young women themselves to support the social inclusion and empowerment of young women before they enter the labour market.
