The aim of the Erasmus+ funded project "EqPay4all" in the field of youth is to raise awareness of gender pay gaps in the labour market. For this purpose, stereotypes are illuminated, which promote the grievances and reproduce unjust structures. Empowerment of women is to be strengthened so that they recognize their potential and use their voice in the professional context.
